VDSS has a discounted hotel group rate of $118.00 + plus $29.99 resort fee (USD) per night (exclusive of taxes).   

• Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis.
• The reservation deadline has been extended to Tuesday, October 15, 2024 to receive the group rate.
• After October 15, 2024, reservations will be made based on availability and the hotel may charge a higher rate.
• Daily Resort Fee includes Wifi in guestroom and in public spaces and meeting rooms; self-parking; in-room coffee/tea service; and use of the resort's fitness facilities.
• All room types are non-smoking. A $250.00 fee per room, per day will be charged for non-compliance.

• A credit card will be required to make a reservation. Each guest will be charged the first night's room and tax fee.
• Reservations can be canceled without penalty up to midnight on the seventh (7th) day prior to arrival. 
• Refunds will not be given to attendees who check-out early, and rates cannot be changed for attendees who fail to identify themselves as affiliated with VDSS Permanency Conference.

• Overnight guests of Kingsmill Resort may charge their electric vehicles  at one of our two 80 amp Tesla fast chargers or one 40 amp universal charger located in our main parking lot. Please see the front desk to have the stations unlocked.

• Driving instructions from Washington DC/Richmond (PHF): Take Interstate 95 South to Interstate 295 South (around Richmond). Then take 295 South to Interstate 64 East towards Williamsburg/Norfolk to Exit 242-A onto 199 West. Follow 199 to the first traffic light, take a left at the light into Kingsmill. • Driving Instructions from Norfolk/Newport News: Take Interstate 64 West to Exit 242-A onto 199 West. Follow this to the first traffic light, taking a left at the light, into Kingsmill. • Ground Transportation By Rail: Amtrak provides daily service to Williamsburg from Washington, D.C. and points north.

• Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. 
• Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you anticipate a delay in your departure, please call the Front Desk. Dial 1200.

• ADA accessible rooms are available upon request. Please contact our reservations center at (800) 832-5665.

• A Late check-out fee will be charged if departing after 11:00 am. Luggage may be stored at the bell stand for early arrivals and/or late departures.
  

• Kingsmill Resort rooms are stocked for a standard 2-night stay. Daily housekeeping is not administered. For amenity requests or any additional needs between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., contact Housekeeping at extension 1574. After 11:00 p.m., call the Front Desk at extension 1200.
